The mentorship team works year-round to provide wax-up and drilling & filling workshops for D1s and D2s. These workshops help develop hand skills and give students opportunities to learn hands on deminstrations from older dental students who have been successful in the pre-clinic. Additionally, the mentorship team gives Semester Survival Tips and Tricks to D1s and D2s in order to prepare them for the upcoming semester. The mentorship team is also currently working on compiling a manual for D2s entry into clinic.
