Dental school is stressful! That's why it's so important that we have healthy and fun ways to handle those stresses. That's where ASDA's wellness committee comes in. We are a group of students that are dedicated to helping you to lead a happy and healthy life. Providing outlets for students outside the clinic and classroom allows us to build a strong community of support and present opportunities for personal development. Feeling hungry?? ASDA challenges YOU to eat good this month. When we say good... we mean GOOD. Leafy greens, whole grains, vegetables, maybe some chicken or tofu. Yup, its a healthy eating challenge. Show us what you've got. This month, take a picture of your food and post it to your instagram. Tag @temple_ASDA to enter. You have until October 24th to enter!

What do you win? A Starbucks gift card, so that you can relax from all that healthy cooking you've been doing with a green tea (or a cake pop- we wont tell).
